Returns

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

• Return Shipping: Please note that as we ship directly from our warehouse in China to keep our prices low, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us immediately at rickylucky.official@gmail.com with photos of the product. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
